Quiet. Very nice decor. Good value for the price(in summer). Convenient location. Great spa!
Very disappointed that we paid extra for a master suite...wanted the whirlpool tub...and went to use it in the morning....ZERO Hot water running to tub!!!!! Big disappointment! Also....resort needs good restaurant and a bar open in the evening. Big drawback that there's no food (just cafe open to 7pm). Would be nice to enjoy dinner and drinks at the resort

The pool staff was excellent and the pool was always stocked with towels and water.
The room faced an ally way and a building that looked like it needed to be painted. Since we were on the first floor we got to hear the towel delivery guy at around 8 I'n the morning on a Sunday great way to wake up the kids early. The room was dirty carpets as well room needed tlc. They should put more effort into getting the rooms up to par I'n cleanliness. The room said it had a whirlpool tub and it was just a tub.

The Engineering staff were amazing! I was hosting a bridal shower for my sister and they immediately offered to help bring everything in and help set up the tables and chairs as soon as they saw us with the luggage cart. They did break a bottle of tequila, but they replaced it immediately, even though they had to drive off the property to get it. Above and beyond my expectations! .
The front desk staff was very slow and incompetent. Even after spending almost 2 hours there 2 weeks prior to my stay they still didn't have the room right (my reservation said the room slept 8, but they had us booked for a room that only slept 6). Also, they double booked the room that we were in. Thankfully, the family was nice and went back to the front desk to clear up the situation. We were almost ready for the party, there was no way that we were going to move.

The room was very clean - staff friendly and helpful.
It looked like it hadn't been kept up. We stayed here 2 years ago and the grounds upkeep was excellent but this time around it looked like they cut costs and the upkeep was one of them. We needed a extra blanket for my kids and there were none, asked for extra shampoo/conditioner as we only received 1 of each in our room with a tub plus shower and was told we had to pay extra. Last time we stayed we had 4 in the room plus Tide laundry soap which is now not included in the rooms. The sofa bed was horrible with springs popping out - no cushion on the thin mattress - very uncomfortable for my kids.
